18th Edition BS7671 Amendment 2 2022 – 4-day course

Our 4-day 18th edition Electrical course will provide you with the latest update of the BS7671 amendment 2 2022 of the wiring regulations.

Why take the 18th Edition 4-day course

In 2018, the Electrical regulations were updated with the 2nd amendment being released in 2022. Our 4-day 18th edition Electrical course provides a comprehensive breakdown of the latest updates and changes since the 17th edition of the wiring regulations. You will gain insights into why the changes have been made, and how they may impact your work within the electrical industry. This course ensures you acquire a thorough understanding of the changes essential for undertaking both domestic and commercial electrical installation projects.

This 4-day 18th edition Electrical course is designed to ensure that you gain a thorough understanding of the changes, rather than just an overview, and can fully reference the BS7671 amendment 2 'brown book'. This course is suitable for individuals who still hold the 17th Edition certification and are required to complete the BS7671 2nd amendment to stay updated with the latest developments in the Electrical Industry.

If you’re working within electrical installations, you should be working to the latest wiring regulations. All scheme providers such as NICEIC and Napit will require you to prove that you hold the most current wiring regulations certification when registering with an electrician certification scheme or an approved contractor scheme in the UK. This applies even if you have already completed a Level 3 NVQ. Anyone registering or applying for an ECS card, for the new ECS check system will require the latest 18th edition 2nd amendment. The 4-day 18th edition Electrical course will support you in achieving this.

What is the course?
